Abbey is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with a strong foundation in movement science and patient-centered care. She earned her B.S in Kinesiology from the University of Arkansas before completing her PTA education and licensure at Northwest Arkansas Community College.

Abbey brings a diverse clinical background, including experience working with athletes during off-season training and post-injury recovery. Her clinicals have provided her with hands-on experience in pelvic floor therapy, post-operative orthopedics, and neurological rehabilitation. She is passionate about being part of a collaborative healthcare team and values building meaningful relationships with her patients as they progress through their recovery journeys.

Originally from Central Arkansas, Abbey relocated to Denver in October 2025 after marrying her husband, a Colorado native from Fort Collins. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time in the outdoors on camping and fishing trips, as well as cooking for her friends and family and enjoying a good book on the weekend.
