Meet Mitchel S. Robinson, MD

Dr. Mitchel S. Robinson is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and Head of Sports Medicine at Panorama Orthopedics & Spine Center, specializing in sports medicine with a clinical emphasis on minimally invasive surgeries of the knee and shoulder. He has particular expertise in primary and revision ACL reconstruction, as well as arthroscopic rotator cuff repair and shoulder stabilization.

Dr. Robinson’s approach focuses on advanced arthroscopic techniques that allow for smaller incisions, reduced recovery times, and better outcomes for patients returning to their athletic activities. His specialization in both primary and revision ACL procedures makes him particularly valuable for complex cases where previous surgeries may not have achieved desired results.

Outside of his clinical responsibilities, Dr. Robinson is actively invested in the Denver community, serving as team physician for Denver University’s men’s and women’s soccer teams and Colorado Christian University. He also volunteers his expertise at the National Western Stock Show and Rodeo, providing care for injured bull riders and rodeo athletes.

Really appreciate Dr. Robinson. He doesn't jump straight to surgery and makes sure I have enough information to try and heal without. I never feel rushed and get the time and information I need. Thank you!
