Excellent surgeon. My knee is perfect - The experience could not have been better - but, should be noted, I also rehabed and moved a lot from the minute I left the hospital. Preparation before surgery was good, surgery was apparently excellent because my post surgery rehab went methodically well, met or exceeded all milestones. Other patients in PT and the PT’s I saw all had favorable comments about Dr. Chrastil. His technique is apparently great, and a big plus is his comforting bedside manner. Knee replacements take a lot of work if you want to return to a full activity level, and I would hate to go through all of that if the technique of the doctor was not the best it could be.
